Shipping and Delivery

Delivery within the UK is free of charge.

Original pieces on canvas, wooden board, or works on paper which include a mount, will be carefully boxed to protect the artwork. LilianaDobbsArt is conscious of the impact on the environment and may re-use packaging which is fit for purpose.  Works on paper without a mount will be despatched in strong postal tubes.

Please note that a signature will be required on delivery. The shipping service selected will depend on the size of the artwork and the value of the insurance required.

Returns and Refunds

It is important that you are delighted with your art purchase. If not, please get in contact via email within 7 days of delivery describing the issue and we will subsequently arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note that returned items must be received undamaged within 30 days of delivery. For your protection, please select a service which includes adequate insurance. LilianaDobbsArt cannot refund items lost during transit.
